These wall lamps are the iconic Butterfly model, designed in 1964 by Norwegian designer Sven Ivar Dysthe. Originally produced for Høvik Lys, this Scandinavian classic features a unique structure of three overlapping brass or steel plates that mimic the delicate shape of butterfly wings. The clever arrangement of these metal sheets allows the light to diffuse indirectly, creating a warm, glare-free glow and a sculptural play of shadows on the wall. Today, the design is still widely celebrated for its timeless elegance and is currently manufactured by the brand Northern. Height 21, width 22 cm.
